Key West Inn offers Conversion "Summer Special"

Birmingham, Alabama, June 15th, 2007 --- Key West Inns, Inc. is offering a "Summer Conversion Special" to promote the new 2007 franchising program. Now through September 30th, 2007. Key West Inns will offer the first three months of royalty fees free of charge.

Neal Jackson, President of Key West Inns, states "We have the perfect program for conversion hotels, and by offering the first three months free, hotel owners can afford to change signage or pay for additional marketing efforts to promote their Key West Inn hotel."

Each hotel is lightly accented with a coastal design. Mr. Jackson further states, "For conversion hotels, we will bring the coastal theme inside the hotel.
